Natural Remedies to Ease Pregnancy Heartburn


Heartburn can be one of the most annoying conditions triggered by the increased level of progesterone hormones during pregnancy. Progesterone makes it easier for stomach acid to move back into the esophagus, by relaxing a valve that would otherwise stop stomach acids from flowing back and irritating the lining of the esophagus.

Yeap...it works! Papaya is not only delicious, healthy, and nutritious; papaya also contains digestive enzymes that work wonders at curing pregnancy heartburn. Another natural cure is Yogurt. We personally prefer a small serving (about half a cup) of Organic Natural Yogurt
