Having a home birth or a water birth at home or at a birthing center can be one of the most wonderful and touching experiences for expecting parents.
We had two incredibly perfect water births in a Miami maternity center and would recommend the experience to anyone open to the idea. But we also know that many people are very reluctant to consider this option and controversy is growing in the US about the health risks associated with the growing trend of women opting for home births to deliver their babies.
